Additional details
Always hand tighten fasteners with a screwdriver. Power tools may damage the screws or hardware. Hardware with broken off screws in the threading may not be eligible for replacements.
Clean hardware with warm water and a soft, microfiber rag. For extra dirty hardware, a mild solution of water and dish soap can be used. Never use cleaning chemicals such as Windex or bleach on your hardware. Hardware showing evidence of chemical damage will no longer be eligible for its warranty.
