Shipping & Delivery

LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary by manufacturer. Many products are stocked and ready to ship, while others are handmade to order and will take longer to prepare. Each product will have its estimated delivery date shown on the product page. Due dates are estimated and not guaranteed. San Diego Hardware does not have control over manufacturer delays. We will contact you in the event that your order will be arriving later than expected.

SHIPPING RATES AND TRANSIT TIMES

$10 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $250*
$15 Flat Rate Shipping for orders over $250*

*Flat rate shipping is for standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Some restrictions may apply.

All quoted transit times are in business days. Transit times do not include manufacturer and warehouse processing times, and only reference the time your order will take to reach you once it has been shipped. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. San Diego Hardware is not responsible for any carrier delays.

RUSH SHIPPING

Rush shipping times do not include manufacturer or warehouse processing times, holidays, or weekends. Next day shipping means you will receive your order one business day after the order ships. Second day shipping means you will receive your order two business days after the order ships. All lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

WHERE WE SHIP

At this time we only ship merchandise to addresses in the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We can also ship to Canadian addresses, but these orders must be placed over the phone. For Canadian shipments there is a $50 minimum order. Please email team@sandiegohardware.com with a list of products and quantities that you would like to purchase. Also include your complete Canadian address so we can give you a shipping quote.

LOST & DAMAGED PACKAGES

Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Any damage or problems must be reported to us within 48 hours. Please save the box and all included packaging in case a pickup or inspection is needed.

BACKORDERS

If a product is out of stock, we will reach out to you with three options to choose from. You may wait for the product and have it shipped to you once available, select a different product, or cancel the order.
