STANDARD WARRANTY
Sun Valley Bronze provides a limited lifetime warranty for cast bronze hardware and bronze accessories against defects in materials and workmanship.
Our products are made using traditional sand-casting methods and are finished by hand. As a result, natural variations in surface texture, color, and patina are inherent characteristics of solid bronze and are not considered defects. Our finishes are living finishes designed to age gracefully over time. All finishes are not covered under this warranty.
Sun Valley Bronze will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product returned to our Warranty Department with proof of purchase from the original purchaser that is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship.
Sun Valley Bronze assumes no responsibility for labor costs, freight, handling, or any expenses associated with the removal, return, or reinstallation of products.
Products containing discontinued or obsolete components are not covered under this warranty. If replacement requires updating to current engineering standards or redesigned components, applicable charges may apply.
All Sun Valley Bronze hardware, plumbing fixtures, valves, and lighting must be installed and serviced by a qualified professional installer. Improper installation or service will void all warranties.
Internal mechanisms supplied with Sun Valley Bronze products but manufactured by third parties, including locks, latches, and plumbing valves, are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of sale to the original purchase. Please refer to the third-party manufacturer's warranty policy. Electrified locks are not covered by this warranty.
Sun Valley Bronze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
This warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy provided by Sun Valley Bronze.
