Care: All hardware should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use chemicals to clean your hardware.

Aged Brass: Aged Brass features an electroplated warm brass tone with a soft satin finish. A durable, high-quality lacquer is then baked at low temperatures for lasting protection.

Black: Black products are electroplated with a matte black finish. A high-quality industrial-grade lacquer is then baked at low temperatures, ensuring a durable, evenly colored finish.

Brass: Crafted from solid brass, brass products are softly brushed for a subtle sheen and warm gold tone. A high-grade lacquer is double-coated to protect against discoloration and abrasion, though wear may occur over time due to use and environmental factors.This finish is not recommended for humid or coastal environments, as exposure to the elements may accelerate wear. For greater resistance to patina, an electroplated finish is advised. Warranty coverage excludes environmental wear—see warranty details for more information.

Bronze: Crafted from solid brass, bronze products are brushed with a bronze oil for a rich tone and hand-finished for natural color variation. A high-quality lacquer is applied to prevent discoloration and abrasion, then baked at low temperatures for a stunning matte finish.

Live Brass: Live Brass is designed to develop a rich patina over time. As a living finish, it evolves based on use and environmental exposure. Live Brass is raw, unsealed, and unlacquered, allowing natural oxidation and patina to form. High use, moisture, dust, humidity, and natural oils will deepen its color and accelerate aging. For a brighter appearance, a metal polishing solution can be used.

Nickel: Nickel is electroplated to achieve a beautiful warm silver tone. The surface is gently brushed to a soft satin finish. Nickel products are lacquered with a high quality lacquer to prevent discoloration and abrasion.

Oil Rubbed Bronze: Oil Rubbed Bronze is a living finish. It will reveal golden highlights where it is frequently touched. Untouched areas will retain darker tones, resulting in a dynamic contrast that enhances the character of each piece.

Tumbled Brass: The tumbled finish is crafted from 100% solid tumbled brass, with each piece featuring unique characteristics from the tumbling process. A high-grade lacquer helps prevent discoloration, though natural patina may develop over time. Use and environmental factors will gradually deepen the color, creating a rich, organic, and naturally worn look.

Tumbled Nickel: Tumbled Nickel is crafted in solid brass and is electroplated twice over in two unique colors. The topcoat is then lightly tumbled away, allowing the base color nickel to shine through, making each piece one-of-a-kind. A high-quality industrial-grade lacquer is then baked over the product at low temperatures to create a beautiful and durable finish.

Lo & Co guarantees their hardware against structural defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. Defects in finishes, materials and workmanship are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Their warranty does not cover defects arising from improper installation or exposure to stated environmental tolerances. They will replace any warranty claim at our discretion.

5 year warranty terms

Products you purchase from Lo and Co Interiors Inc. (“Lo & Co”) come with supplier warranties. Products purchased from Lo & Co come with:

• a 5-year warranty against structural defects in the products;
• a 1-year warranty against:

1. defects in the finishes of the products,
2. general defects in the materials used to manufacture the products, and
3. defects arising as a consequence of workmanship in the manufacture of the products.

This warranty is provided by Lo & Co and commences from the original date of purchase of products. This warranty is non-transferable.

In the instance that you receive a replacement or repaired product from Lo & Co in accordance with this warranty, the warranty will only apply from the original purchase date of the product.

This warranty does not cover defects

1. in products not supplied or manufactured by Lo & Co,
2. where damage or defects arise in the products as a consequence of accident, intentional act, misuse, negligent use, improper installation, modification, failure to maintain, exposure to foreign substances and chemicals, and installations contrary to Lo & Co’s directions or instructions,
3. installations that are contrary to any applicable state regulation,
4. exposure to weather and/or environmental conditions exceeding reasonable or otherwise specified environmental tolerances, including, but not limited to, coastal environments, high humidity rainfall and wind, and
5. installation undertaken without an accredited and licensed service agent, technician or tradesperson.

Further, this warranty does not cover fair wear and tear in the product which may present as abrasions to finishes on the product, discoloration from regular use, and fading or patina from environmental exposure.

In the event that you wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must contact Lo & Co within the prescribed warranty period with a description of the purported product defect, images of the alleged defect and a copy of a proof of purchase for the product. Lo & Co may request to inspect to assess or inspect a product. Contact Lo & Co at aftercare@loandcointeriors.com. 

At the discretion of Lo & Co, following an assessment of your product and the product being deemed defective, Lo & Co may replace your product at its cost. If your product is no longer available, Lo & Co may offer you a substitute product with as close of a specification if available.

This warranty does not cover any loss, damage, injury, claim, cost or expense arising as a consequence of a defect in the products. The maximum liability of Lo & Co under this warranty is the replacement of a product.
