We do not guarantee finishes against fading and/or oxidizing throughout the years. Variations in color and veining are inherent in metal and considered to be part of the natural beauty of the material. Upon confirmation of any defect, PULLCAST reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or repair is the most appropriate course of action, within a period agreed with the client. In case of replacement, the defective part/piece must be received by the brands in its original package before any replacement can be sent.
