Installation

Always hand tighten fasteners with a screwdriver. Power tools may damage the screws or hardware. Hardware with broken off screws in the threading may not be eligible for replacements.

Finishes & Care

CARE
Only clean hardware with a soft cloth and warm water. Diluted dish soap may be added for resistant grime. Do not use any cleaning chemicals.

FINISHES

Polished Brass: Solid brass, expertly polished to a high sheen. This is a lacquered finish.
Burnished Brass: Hand polished brass finished with darker oxidized patina added for highlights and an aged feel. This is a living finish.
Antique Brass: Hand finished brass, lightly distressed and brushed to add a vintage appearance. This is a lacquered finish.
Satin Brass Matte: Hand finished brass, wire brushed for a soft satin gold finish. It is lacquered.
Antique Pewter: Solid brass hand distressed and lightly brushed to add a slightly aged feel. This is a lacquered finish.
Dark Bronze: Solid brass with a hand applied dark bronze finish with gold undertones. Lacquered.
Polished Nickel: Solid brass, finished with a soft nickel plating reminiscent of fine silver. Lacquered.

Unlacquered/Living Finishes: No warranty
Alternative Materials (Lucite, Leather, Stone, etc): 1 Year

The warranty applies one year from the date of purchase and only for residential use.
