Pricing

What is my trade discount?

Our trade discount varies by manufacturer and ranges from 10-35%. We are also able to offer special pricing for large projects. To see trade pricing, you must be logged in to your trade account.

Can I apply for tax exemption?

Absolutely! We just need a completed resale certificate for the state(s) you are shipping to. Please contact us if you need a blank form. We are unable to refund tax on orders that have already been placed.

How do I see my trade pricing?

When logged in, you will see trade pricing reflected on each product page. If your trade account is new, you may need to log out and back in for it to update. When you are successfully logged into a trade account, "for the trade" will be displayed under our menu logo.

Do you offer deeper discounts for larger projects?

Yes, we can often offer deeper discounts for large projects. Please contact us for a quote.

Will I be billed for tariffs or duties?

We handle tariffs and duties for all orders. You will never receive a surprise tariff bill after shopping with us.

How do I order from you?

You can place orders with us directly through our website by logging into your account. If you prefer, you can also place orders over the phone and by email.

Can I get samples?

We offer many samples free of charge, but a shipping and handling fee will apply. The fee ranges from $5-$7 per product.

As a trade customer, you'll also be eligible to receive steep sample discounts for products that are not eligible for our free sample program. Click Here to order.

What are your lead times?

Lead times vary, ranging from a couple business days for products on the shelf to several weeks for made to order products. See the product page for lead time information or contact us before ordering.

Do you offer other products that are not on your website?

Absolutely! Our website is just a curated sampling of our offerings. We have access to the complete catalogs of over 200 brands.

What is your return policy?

Products carried in our warehouse are returnable for a full refund when returned in 30 days. Products that are not carried in our warehouse will incur a 20-25% manufacturer restocking fee. Made to order products are not eligible for a refund. For our full return policy, click here.

Where do you ship?

We ship orders throughout the United States. We can also ship orders to Canada by quote.

Do you have a catalog?

We represent over 200 brands and don’t offer a single comprehensive catalog. However, our website features a curated selection of standout favorites. If there’s a specific brand you’re interested in, we’re happy to provide their individual catalog upon request.

Do you do jobsite visits?

We offer jobsite visits to San Diego customers within a 30 mile radius of our showroom. If you are not local, we can create a takeoff using a floorplan and door specs.

LOW-COST SAMPLES
For select products not eligible for our free sample program, we offer samples at a steep discount. Standard shipping rates apply. All discounted samples are final sale.
