Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, some items are not returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Please fully review the product specifications to ensure your hardware will work for your project before placing your order. Each item will have it's return policy listed on its product page. If a product is subject to a restocking fee, it will be stated in under the description section. If you have questions about a product's returnability or potential restocking fees, please contact us.

 

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

In general, the following items are not returnable or will be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee:

- Made-to-order products.

- Products shipped directly from the manufacturer.

- Products that have been damaged after delivery or show signs of installation.

- Merchandise missing parts.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ERRORS

Review the contents of your shipment as soon as you receive it. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours after you receive your order. Your replacement will be prioritized and we will work to resolve the error as soon as we can.

 

RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Products that are returnable must be returned within 30 days in new, resalable condition and include the original, undamaged packaging. If you need to open packaging, please do so carefully.

All returns must be approved before shipping product back to us. To initiate a return, please use the link below. Once your return is approved, you will be asked to ship the merchandise back to us. If possible, pack your return in its original shipping box or a plain, sturdy cardboard box. Make sure any previous labels are covered or removed. Add packing material to protect the merchandise and securely seal the box with tape.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions; a new purchase and a return. If you need to make an exchange, please refer to the return guidelines above and make a new purchase online.

 

REFUNDS

Please allow 7 days for your return to arrive to us. We will process your return within 3 business days of receiving it. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. After we issue your refund, your financial institution may take up to 7 days to credit you.
