The Edgar Berebi Collection was created for connoisseurs of
classic beauty as a way to accent and highlight their antiques
and home decor. The enduring quality of a classic can only be
achieved by the union of the artist's imagination with the meticulous
skill of a master craftsman. Edgar Berebi's collection of decorative
hardware marries art and function in luxury precious metal finishes:
museum gold plate, 22 kt. and burnished silver plate; and crystalized
with Swarovski Crystal. Coming in Fall of ’08 Edgar Berebi
will also feature Florentine Gold Plate and Matte Sterling Silver
plate. All are made in the USA with 360 degrees of hand-engraved
detail by master model makers and Old World engravers gathered
from mints, museums, and restoration shops from all over the
world. To produce a single prototype for moulding, each Master
Engraver will dedicate thousands of hours with only a magnifying
loop and a small assortment of hand tools. The pride and quality
of work is made evident by the painstaking detail present in
each piece you will see in this exquisite collection.
